Gin 50ml

Lemon juice 25 ml

Apple juice 70ml

Sugar syrup 20 ml

Fresh mint 10 g

Apple 20 g

Tonic 150ml

Cooking instructions 5 minutes

1 Put large chunks of ice in a tall cocktail glass with a capacity of about 400 ml.

2 Add gin, lemon juice, apple juice, sugar syrup, 5 mint leaves, a couple of flat, thin apple slices to the glass.

3 Pour the tonic so that the glass is full. Stir with a long spoon and garnish with a slice of lemon or apple.
