Ingredients portion 4

Wheat flour 1kg

Melted butter 200 g

Sugar 100 g

Water 50 ml

Cooking instructions 30 minutes

1 Pour the flour into a deep pan and add the melted butter.

2 Stir until the contents of the pan have turned into a crumbly, golden mass.

3 Add the sugar and boiling water and continue to stir until smooth.

4 Put the resulting halva into a mould and cool.
