Ingredients portion 4

Matzoni 800 g

Water 1 l

Sour cream 1 jar

Wheat flour 2 tablespoons

Chicken egg 1 piece

Millet 1.5 cups

Salt to taste

Greens to taste

Onions 1 head

Butter to taste

Cooking instructions 30 minutes

1 Mix the flour, egg, salt and wheat grains together until smooth.

2 Mix the sour cream, sour cream and water separately (the sour cream is used here so that the taste is not too sour, but a little sweet. You can also do without sour cream).

3 Gradually pour the sour milk and water into the egg and flour mixture. Stir well so that there are no lumps and then place on a low heat.

4 Stir the soup occasionally until boiling, and when it starts to boil, stir constantly (you can use a whisk) so that the egg does not curdle. Cook to the desired consistency. The resulting cream soup is creamy.

5 Add butter, fried onions and chopped fresh herbs to the soup.
