Carrots 1 piece
Leeks ½ piece
Water 3 cups
Laurel leaf 1 piece

Ground black pepper to taste

Cooking instructions 20 minutes
1 Put the meat cut into small pieces in a glass dish, dice the carrots and potatoes, bay leaf and cloves, pour 1 cup water, salt and pepper and stir. Cover and stew for 10 minutes.
2 Add the finely chopped onion and leek stalk and mix well. Sprinkle in the cumin. Pour in 2 cups of water, cover and cook for 10 minutes on the microwave on medium power (stirring once or twice).
