Beetroot 500 g

Cooking instructions 30 minutes

1 Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.

2 Wrap each beetroot in a piece of foil and place on the tray. Put in the oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour until soft (cooking time depends on size).

3 Remove from the oven and leave to cool in the foil.

4 Then clear.
