Oat flakes 1 cup

Light brown sugar 0.4 cups

Almonds 70g

Ground cinnamon ¼ teaspoon

Butter 50 g

Raisins 3 tablespoons

Pears 4 pieces

Honey to taste

Cooking instructions 40 minutes

1 Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.

2 In a bowl, mix the oats, brown sugar, almonds and cinnamon together. Add the butter and stir until smooth. Add the sultanas.

3 Cut the pears in half (do not peel) and cut out the core. Place the pear halves in the baking tin and brush the pears on top with melted butter.

4 Fill the halves of the pears with the oat mixture prepared earlier. Bake for 25 minutes until the pears are soft and the filling is lightly browned.

5 Drizzle with honey and yoghurt and serve warm for breakfast or with ice cream for dessert.
