Sweet pepper 6 pieces

Olive oil 250ml

Salt to taste

Ground black pepper to taste

Cooking instructions 30 minutes

1 Put the peppers in the grill (or oven) and keep at a low temperature until the skin is blackened (15-20 minutes). Turn over from time to time.

2 Peel off the blackened skin. Remove the cores and seeds from the peppers.

3 Cut the peppers into wedges and put them into a bowl.

4 Pour in the olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

5 Put the peppers in the refrigerator for a few hours to soak in the oil.
