Tomatoes 6 pieces

Olive oil 1 tablespoon

Garlic 2 cloves

Oregano 1 teaspoon

Cooking instructions 20 minutes

1 Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Peel and crush the garlic and put it in a bowl with the oil and oregano. Cut each tomato into 4 pieces, add to the bowl and stir well to coat the tomatoes in the garlic-oil mixture.

2 Transfer to the shallow baking tray. Bake for 10 minutes, until the tomato slices have just started to lose their shape.

3 Allow to cool slightly before serving.
