Bananas 200 g

Apple 200 g

Celery 200 g

Sour cream 50 g

Yoghurt 50g

Melissa 1 bundle

Cooking instructions 15 minutes

1 Peel and dice the apples.

2 Cut the celeriac into thin rings.

3 Combine the bananas, apples and celery. Season with salt and pepper and dress the salad.

4 For the dressing, mix the yoghurt and soured cream together at a ratio of 1 to 1. Add the chopped lemon balm.
