Bananas 2 pieces

Oat flakes 100 g

Chicken egg 1 piece

Skimmed milk 50 ml

Sugar 1 tablespoon

Cooking instructions 20 minutes

1 Grind the flakes into flour.

2 Crush the banana with a fork until mashed. Or use a blender for this.

3 Beat the egg thoroughly, add the bananas, flour and milk. Whisk everything well. The dough should come out as thick as sour cream.

4 Preheat a good non-stick frying pan and bake the pancakes without oil.
