Beef steak 1 piece
Olive oil 1 teaspoon
Butter 1 teaspoon
Shallots 1 piece
Soft blue cheese 1 tablespoon
Cream ¼ cup
Fresh spinach leaves 140 g
Lemon juice 1.5 teaspoons
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Cooking instructions 25 minutes
1 Dry the meat well and rub with 0.5 teaspoon salt and 0.25 teaspoon pepper.
2 Heat the butter and olive oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat and arrange the meat. Cook for about 7-10 minutes for medium-rare, turning once. Transfer to a board and leave uncovered for 10 minutes.
3 Place the thinly sliced shallot in a frying pan and sauté until soft, about 3 minutes. Add the cream, cheese and spinach and cook, stirring, until the spinach is soft, about 2 minutes. Add the lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
4 Slice the meat thinly and serve with the spinach.
