Beef 300g

Onions 1 piece

Carrots 1 piece

Soy sauce 3 tablespoons

Ground red pepper to taste

Garlic 5 cloves

Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons

Cooking instructions 40 minutes

1 Slice the beef and marinate in soya sauce and garlic.

2 While the meat is marinating, dice the carrots and cut the onions in half rings.

3 Fry the beef for about three to five minutes to allow the excess moisture to escape. Add the carrots and onions and fry for another five minutes. Add a little water, about 50 ml, and pepper, season with salt if necessary.

4 Braise under a lid for about 20 minutes.
