Blueberries 1kg

Sugar 50 g

Lime 2 pieces

Fresh mint 50 g

Sour cream 200 g

Cooking instructions 20 minutes

1 Grate the zest of the limes, squeeze out the juice and mix with the sugar and a little water. Heat in a pan, stirring constantly until the sugar has completely dissolved.

2 Mix the sauce with the blueberries and finely chopped mint leaves, being careful not to turn the berries into mush.

3 Allow the berries to stand and serve with the soured cream.
