Wheat flour 260 g
Baking powder 1 tablespoon
Salt ½ teaspoon
Sugar 150 g
Chicken egg 1 piece
Milk 250ml
Butter 60 g
Blueberry 100 g
Cooking instructions 35 minutes
1 Sift the flour with the baking powder, add the sugar and salt and mix together.
2 Melt the butter in a small saucepan, add it to the flour, add the egg and milk and knead the dough. The dough should not be perfectly smooth and homogeneous. Stir the blueberries into the dough.
3 Grease the muffin moulds with butter, fill each mould with dough by two thirds and place in a preheated 190 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
