Potatoes 2 pieces
Fresh mushrooms 350 g
Buckwheat grits ¼ cup
Onion 1 piece
Greens to taste
Soy sauce to taste
Salt to taste
Spices to taste
Vegetable oil to taste
Cooking instructions 40 minutes
1 Peel and dice the potatoes. Pour water into a saucepan and add a tablespoon of soya sauce. Put the potatoes into the pan. While the potatoes are boiling, slice the mushrooms, chop the onion and sauté in vegetable oil until tender.
2 The buckwheat should be picked, rinsed and poured into the boiling water along with the cooked mushrooms.
3 Reduce the heat and cook until the buckwheat is cooked, season with salt and spices to taste. Add the herbs a minute before the soup is turned off.
