Butter 225 g

Chicken egg 8 pieces

Sugar 200 g

Bitter chocolate 175 g

Wheat flour 50 g

Almonds 40 g

Wine stone 1 teaspoon

Sugar powder to taste

Cooking instructions 30 minutes

1 Beat the egg yolks with the sugar.

2 Add the melted chocolate and butter, flour and ground almonds to the pan.

3 Pour the cream whipped with the tartar into the mixture.

4 Line the mould with parchment paper, place the dough and bake for 40-50 minutes at 190 degrees.
