Wheat flour 1.5 cups

Detergent soda 1 teaspoon

Salt pinch

Sugar 1 teaspoon

Butter 2 tablespoons

Chicken egg 2 pieces

Milk 1.3 cups

Cooking instructions 1 hour

1 Beat the eggs, add the milk (1 1/3), salt, sugar and mix well.

2 Melt the butter and cool. Add the butter to the dough and mix. Lastly add the flour and baking soda, mix well, using a mixer on low speed.

3 Fry the pancakes on both sides in a frying pan greased with sunflower oil.
