Mini mozzarella cheese 16 pieces

Basil leaves 16 pieces

Yellow cherry tomatoes 8 pieces

Red cherry tomatoes 8 pieces

Extra virgin olive oil to taste

Coarse salt to taste

Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Cooking instructions 7 minutes

1 Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves.

2 Place the mozzarella balls, cherry halves and basil leaves alternately on the skewers.

3 Place on a plate and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Recipe tip I also pour thick balsamic sauce on top. Very tasty!!!
