Chicken egg 2 pieces
Milk 50ml
Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
Green onions 20 g
Shrimp 50g
Armenian pita ¼ piece
Butter 20 g
Olive oil 10 ml
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Cooking instructions 5 minutes
1 Finely chop the cleaned small boiled prawns and green onions and mix with the eggs, milk and lemon juice, salt and pepper.
2 Then fry everything together in a mixture of butter and olive oil until just cooked through. Then transfer from the frying pan to the inside of a pre-curled Armenian pita bag.
3 Roll the pita in much the same way as a shawarma seller.
Recipe tip Here, as with most egg sandwich plots, you have to achieve catching the egg at the moment when it is no longer liquid but has not yet begun to dry out. The same sandwich can also be performed with any other type of bread. For example, with black bearded bread or plain rye bread.
