Cheese and garlic tartlets

Cheese and garlic tartlets, Prescriptions, Any category, Appetizers, Any kitchen, European cuisine, Tartlets

Ingredients portion 6

Tartlets 12 pieces

Cheese 500 g

Garlic 3 cloves

Cucumbers 1 piece

Cooking instructions 20 minutes

1 Buy thin pastry tartlets at the hypermarket.

2 Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Use some kind of spicy cheese, like Russian cheese.

3 Grate the garlic on a fine grater and the cucumber on a coarse one.

4 Mix the cheese, garlic and cucumber together and arrange on the tartlet.

5 Pouring a shot.

Recipe tip Who likes crunchy – the product can go straight into the fire, I prefer to snack on the tartlets the next day when they’ve soaked up a little of the flavours and smells of the ingredients.
