Ingredients portion 2

Cream 250 g

Chicken egg 2 pieces

Sugar 3 tablespoons

Milk ½ cup

Manna grits 3 tablespoons

Salt pinch

Cooking instructions 1 hour

1 Mix the milk with the semolina and leave to rest for 10 minutes. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve. Mix the eggs with the sugar. Mix everything together, season with a little salt and mix well.

2 Bake in the oven at 115 degrees for about 40 minutes.

3 Decorate to your liking before serving.
