Butter 100 g

Wheat flour 100 g

Cheese 100g

Egg yolk 1 piece

Salt to taste

Cooking instructions 1 hour + 30 minutes

1 To make the cheese crackers you will need cheese, butter, flour and the yolk of 1 egg. Chop the cold butter with a knife together with the flour.

2 Add the grated cheese.

3 Then the egg yolk. Lightly mix everything together and form the dough into a ball.

4 Wrap in cling film or a bag and chill for 30 minutes. Then knead the dough a little more until smooth.

5 Divide the dough into two parts. Roll each one out into a circle.

6 Cut into segments.

7 With a cocktail straw, make random holes, like cheese.

8 Bake the crackers for about 10 minutes at 180°C.

9 These crackers are delicious with sweet coffee.
