Butter 100 g

Wheat flour 150 g

Chicken egg 4 pieces

Sugar 50 g

Sea salt pinch

Swiss cheese 100 g

Cooking instructions 30 minutes

1 In a saucepan, mix the butter, sugar, salt and water together. Bring to the boil over a gentle heat.

2 Add the flour and whisk immediately on the heat until smooth and glossy.

3 Transfer from the saucepan to another container, cool, stir, add the eggs and beat with a mixer.

4 Add the beaten egg and cheese separately. Stir to combine. Spoon onto well-oiled baking sheets on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for 18 minutes. Leave the buns in the oven for a while longer.
