Zucchini 1 piece

Chicken egg 1 piece

Salt to taste

Grated hard cheese 200 g

Ground black pepper to taste

Spicy herb mix to taste

Cooking instructions 40 minutes

1 Peel the courgette and cut into chopsticks.

2 Whisk the egg with salt and pepper, grate the cheese, add the herbs and stir.

3 Dip each stick in the egg, roll in the cheese and place on a tray lined with baking paper.

4 Bake the courgettes in the preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden. Serve warm.
