Wheat flour 40 g

Ground cinnamon to taste

Sugar powder 20 g

Sugar 200 g

Lemon juice 1 teaspoon

Chicken egg 3 pieces

Baking powder ½ teaspoon

Butter 100 g

Milk 60ml

Cherry 750 g

Cooking instructions 30 minutes

1 Beat the butter and sugar until crumbly. Mix in the eggs, milk, lemon juice, flour and baking powder.

2 Grease the tin and dust it with flour or crumbs.

3 Put the mixture into the greased tin and sprinkle with flour. Place the pitted cherries on top of the dough.

4 Sprinkle the crumbly mixture made from the flour (40 g), sugar (20 g), cinnamon and heated butter (20 g) on top. Bake on a moderately high heat.
