Cheese 100g

Wheat flour 150 g

Sour cream 3 g

Chicken egg 1 piece

Salt pinch

Greens 10 g

Vegetable oil 4 tablespoons

Cooking instructions 1 hour

1 This simple recipe for chicken and cheese patties calls for a fairly quick dough. Combine the sifted flour in a bowl with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth.

2 Now you can add about 150 millilitres of boiling water and stir well.

3 It may seem a little sticky straight away, but you can add flour a little later when the dough has cooled down well.

4 At this point you can prepare the filling. Wash and dry the chicken fillets and cut them into small cubes.

5 Grate the cheese on a medium or fine grater.

6 Wash, dry and chop the fresh herbs. Use green onions, parsley, dill, etc.

7 In a bowl, combine all the filling ingredients. Add the egg and sour cream and season with salt to taste. To make the chicken and cheese tarts more aromatic at home, you can add spices.

8 Mix everything thoroughly until smooth.

9 When the dough has cooled, knead it well with your hands and add flour if necessary. Divide the dough into several equal parts and roll each part into a thin cake.

10 Place the filling on the dough. If you prefer, the chicken may not be combined with the cheese mixture but placed separately.

11 Roll up the cake and fork-tap the edges.

12 Heat the oil in a frying pan and place the cakes in it.

13 Roast on both sides until golden brown. If you like, spread them on a paper towel to remove any excess fat. That’s the whole recipe for chicken and cheese patties.
