Chicken egg 1 piece
Chicken fillet 500 g
Tomatoes 2 pieces
Onions 1 piece
Canned mushrooms 200 g
Cheese 100g
Tomato paste 2 tablespoons
Seasoning to taste

1 Put 500 g raw chicken breast and 1 egg in the blender. Put an even layer of “batter” into the mould (baking paper is best on the bottom).
2 Put in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes to allow the crust to bake slightly.
3 Spread the tomato paste on the chicken crust and lay the filling in layers: onion cut into half rings, tomatoes cut into half rings, mushrooms, grated cheese.
4 Add all the necessary seasoning (I have dried dill, dried parsley, a little salt and provanza herbs).
5 Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Recipe tip This is a healthy pizza – 1 slice contains about 160 kcal (a regular pizza has 330-350 kcal) and is high in protein and minerals. This pizza can be eaten every day without fear of gaining weight.
