Vegetable oil 1ml

Chicken fillet 300 g

Honey 1 tablespoon

Salt pinch

Ground black pepper pinch

Seasoning pinch

Lemon 1 piece

Cooking instructions 35 minutes

1 Mix all the ingredients for the marinade. Cut the meat into small pieces, pour the marinade over it and leave for 1 hour in the refrigerator.

2 Heat a frying pan, place the meat together with the marinade, fry over a high heat until the marinade has almost evaporated, then reduce the heat, cover and keep for another 5 minutes.
