Chicken fillet 2 pieces
Sour cream 20% 200 g
Onions 1 head
Vegetable oil 100 ml
Salt ½ teaspoon
Poultry spice 1 teaspoon
Cooking instructions 30 minutes
1 Cut the fillets into pieces and season with salt and chicken seasoning. Put into a pan with vegetable oil and fry until lightly browned.
2 Put the onion, cut into rings, in the pan.
3 As soon as the onions are golden, add the soured cream, stir and leave on the heat for 5 minutes.
Recipe tip The same can be done by adding a tomato, carrot and any other vegetables along with the onion. The recipe above is very simple. It is suitable when you only have the above ingredients. Rice or spaghetti would be great as a side dish.
