Chicken egg 1 piece

Vegetable oil 150ml

Spices to taste

Fillet of chicken breast 4 pieces

Butter 150 g

Breadcrumbs 200 g

Cooking instructions 1 hour and 20 minutes

1 Put the chicken breast on a board, cover with clingfilm and beat it gently with a hammer. Do the same with the other fillets. Season each fillet with salt and pepper.

2 Put a piece of butter in the centre of each fillet. Roll the fillets up into an envelope, dip them in the beaten eggs and then roll in the breadcrumbs. Put the cutlets in the freezer for 15 minutes.

3 Take the cutlets out of the freezer, dip them in the beaten eggs again and then roll in the breadcrumbs. Put the meatballs back in the freezer for 10 minutes.

4 Take the cutlets out of the freezer and dip them again in the egg and breadcrumbs. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the cutlets on both sides until golden.
