Garlic 2 cloves

Chicken thighs 1kg

Chilli pepper 1 teaspoon

cumin 1 teaspoon

Ground red pepper ½ tsp.

Cinnamon ½ teaspoon

Salt 1 teaspoon

Ground black pepper ½ teaspoon

Cilantro 2 tablespoons

Lemon ½ piece

Beer 250ml

Sesame oil 2 tablespoons

Cooking instructions 1 hour

1 Squeeze out the garlic. Stir in the spice mixture.

2 Add salt and ground pepper.

3 Chop the cilantro finely. Add to the marinade. Pour in the sesame oil. Squeeze in half a lemon or lime. Stir continuously.

4 Add the beer, mix thoroughly.

5 Take either a large bowl or a plastic bag. Put the chicken thighs in it.

6 Pour over the marinade. Close the bag. Leave in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

7 Prepare the grill. Arrange the thighs on the wire shelf and grill on both sides.
