Chicken fillet 4 pieces
Champignons 250 g
Chicken broth 125 ml
Mozzarella cheese 200 g
Italian herb mix to taste
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Parsley to taste
Vegetable oil 60 ml
Cooking instructions 30 minutes
1 Rub the fillets with salt, pepper and herbs.
2 Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat until golden brown on both sides.
3 Transfer the meat to the tray.
4 Cut the mushrooms into thin slices.
5 In the same pan, fry the mushrooms until soft, about 5-7 minutes.
6 Add the mushrooms to the chicken, pour in the hot stock and put the tray into the oven preheated to 190 degrees for 15 minutes.
7 Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
8 Sprinkle the cheese over the chicken and mushrooms and return to the oven for another 5 minutes.
9 Chop the parsley.
10 Garnish the finished dish with the parsley. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
