Potatoes 500 g

Chicken shank 500 g

Cream 500ml

Gouda cheese 300 g

Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons

Cooking instructions 2 hours

1 Grill the shank until half cooked.

2 Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

3 Grease a baking tray, arrange the potatoes cut into thin slices, place the shank on top of the potatoes, pour the cream over them, sprinkle the cheese over them, place the potatoes over the cheese again, pour the cream over them and complete the layers, sprinkling the cheese over them.

4 Put on the roast for 40 minutes.
