Chicken wings 1kg
Light beer 200ml
Sugar 2 tablespoons
Soy sauce 50ml
Ground ginger ½ teaspoon
Ground cinnamon ½ teaspoon
Vegetable oil to taste
Sesame to taste

1 Pour the vegetable oil into a pan, pour in the sugar and heat until the sugar caramelises…
2 Add the beer and soya sauce, then add the ginger and cinnamon. Boil the sauce slightly, then put the washed and dried wings in.
3 Braise the wings on a high heat for 5-7 minutes. Turn periodically so that the wings are evenly coated in the sauce.
4 Gradually turn the sauce into a glaze. Now reduce the heat to low and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
5 This is the beauty of the result. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve hot.
