Milk 500ml
Chicken egg 2 pieces
Wheat flour 250 g
Soda ½ teaspoon
Cocoa 50g
Salt pinch
Vegetable oil 50ml
Sugar 90 g
Frozen cherries 150 g

1 In a bowl, mix the eggs with the milk, flour, cocoa, vegetable oil, salt and 40 grams of sugar with the whisk.
2 Add the baking soda and whisk again. The dough should be thick and fluffy, like sour cream. Leave to rest for 5 to 10 minutes.
3 Heat a frying pan over a medium heat and bake the pancakes to a diameter of about 7-8 cm. If you like, you can brush the pancakes with butter.
4 Boil the cherries in a saucepan with fifty grams of sugar and serve over the pancakes as jam.
