Ingredients portion 1

Milk 1 cup

Sugar 1 cup

Wheat flour 2 tablespoons

Cocoa 3 tablespoons

Butter 50 g

Cooking instructions 20 minutes

1 Mix the sugar, cocoa and flour together – mix well.

2 Add a glass of warm milk – stir again.

3 Place on the heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring continuously.

4 Add the butter, without removing it from the heat, stir until the butter has dissolved and the paste is elastic.

5 Put the cooked pasta into a bowl (jar), leave to cool and cover securely. Store in a cool place – I put it in the refrigerator.
