Milk 1.5 cups

Sugar ½ cup

Chicken egg 2 pieces

Wheat flour 1 teaspoon

Cocoa 1 tablespoon

Cooking instructions 30 minutes

1 Beat the egg yolks well with the sugar, add the cocoa and flour, stir, stir in the hot milk and place on the fire.

2 Continuously stir the sauce until it comes to the boil. As soon as the sauce has thickened, remove from the heat and strain through a strainer.
