Cod Fillet 800 g
Lemon 1 piece
Garlic 2 cloves
Cherry tomatoes 200 g
Thyme 2 sprigs
Olive oil 60 ml
Parsley 1 sprig
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Cooking instructions 30 minutes
1 Cut the lemon into thin rings.
2 Crush the unpeeled garlic cloves with the flat side of a knife.
3 Remove the leaves from the thyme sprigs.
4 Put the lemon slices in an even layer in the baking dish, sprinkle with the thyme leaves and drizzle with olive oil.
5 Dry the cod fillets on a paper towel and season with salt and pepper.
6 Place the cod on top of the lemons.
7 Put the garlic and whole cherry tomatoes on top, drizzle with oil again and place in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
8 Chop the parsley.
9 Serve the cod with parsley and lemon juice.
