Cod fillet 6 pieces
Onions 1 head
Chopped parsley 15 g
Butter 4 pieces
Chicken egg 3 pieces
Ground black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Cooking instructions 45 minutes
1 Cut the fish fillets into portions and place them in a frying pan with a high rim.
2 Sprinkle the fillets with the chopped onion and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
3 Put on the heat, pouring water up to the middle of the sides of the pan.
4 Meanwhile, boil hard-boiled eggs.
5 Simmer the cod on a low heat for 20 minutes from the boil.
6 Add more salt, if necessary. Sprinkle over the chopped hard-boiled eggs and put in some butter.
7 Cover with the lid, turn down the heat, steam for 5 minutes, remove from the heat.
