Wheat flour 2 cups

Sugar ¾ g

Margarine 150 g

Chicken egg 3 pieces

Freshly brewed coffee ½ cup

Cinnamon 1 teaspoon

Ground nutmeg ½ teaspoon

Baking powder 2 teaspoons

Cooking instructions 1 hour

1 Beat the melted margarine with the sugar and eggs.

2 Add the flour a little at a time with baking powder (you can substitute 0.5 teaspoon of baking soda), flavourings and strong coffee (2 teaspoons per half-cup of boiling water).

3 Place the dough in an oiled dish and bake for 40-45 minutes, preheating the oven to 180 degrees.
