Chicken egg 3 pieces
Cottage cheese 200g
Brown sugar 3 tablespoons
Butter 50 g
Apple 2 pieces
Cinnamon to taste
Vanilla to taste
Cooking instructions 20 minutes
1 Pour the sugar into the pan, allow to caramelise, add the butter, then put the thinly sliced apples in when melted. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Cook for 3 minutes.
2 Mash the cottage cheese with the eggs, adding sugar for sweet tooth and vanilla.
3 Pour the curd mixture over the apples. Cover with the lid, turn the heat down to medium-low and fry until the omelette is very puffy and golden on the bottom. Flip the omelette onto a plate and enjoy.
Recipe tip Option for those who are too lazy to make a casserole, can’t have flour and don’t have an oven!
