Pork ribs 1.8 kg

Apple cider vinegar 125 ml

Chilli sauce 60 ml

Yellow sugar 2 tablespoons

Green chilli 2 pieces

Salt 1 teaspoon

Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon

Oregano to taste

Cooking instructions 2 hours

1 Braise the ribs for 45-60 minutes until soft.

2 Prepare the barbecue sauce: mix the apple cider vinegar, chilli sauce, brown sugar, chopped tinned green chillies, vegetable oil, salt and dried oregano in a blender.

3 Put the ribs on the wire shelf over a medium heat. Roast for 15-20 minutes, turning and brushing over the sauce.
