Chanterelles 250 g
25% cream 200ml
Smoked cheese 200g
Garlic 1 clove
Sea salt to taste
Cheddar cheese 200 g
Ground black pepper to taste
Sweet paprika to taste
Water 1 l
Butter 50 g
Ground nutmeg to taste
Cooking instructions 30 minutes
1 Take a saucepan and melt the butter in it.
2 Slice the cheese so that it melts more quickly and add it to the pan. Stir periodically so that the cheese does not stick to the bottom of the pan. Add the cream.
3 While the mixture is melting, fry the garlic in a pan and then add the chanterelles. Fry everything over a medium heat for 5 minutes.
4 Add the chanterelles to the mixture and pour boiling water over everything.
5 Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and paprika.
6 Cook over a medium heat for another ten minutes.
