Margarine 200g
Sugar 1 cup
Wheat flour 1.3 cups
Chicken egg 5 pieces
Cooking instructions 2 hours
1 Melt the margarine on the cooker.
2 Add the eggs to the margarine and quickly add the flour and sugar.
3 Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
4 Preheat a waffle iron greased with vegetable oil.
5 Bake the waffles until golden.
6 Roll each waffle quickly into a tube while still hot.
Recipe tip The most important thing is to roll up the waffle very quickly just by taking it out of the waffle iron. Otherwise you won’t be able to do it afterwards. You can wrap a filling inside the waffle. For example, boiled condensed milk or apple jam.
