Butter 250 g

Dry curd 250g

Wheat flour 4 tablespoons

Sugar ½ cup

cumin 1 tablespoon

Nuts 2 tablespoons

Cooking instructions 30 minutes

1 Cream the butter and cottage cheese until smooth, add the flour and knead the dough.

2 Roll out the dough, cut into squares, circles or rhombuses with a crimping knife.

3 Sprinkle sugar, nuts or cumin over the surface of the baked goods.

4 Bake at 200 degrees until golden.

5 Serve with tea, coffee, beer.
