Lightly salted salmon 1 piece

Honey mustard sauce to taste

Fillet of herring 2 pieces

Sweet red onion 2 pieces

Rucola 10 g

Green onions 5g

Lemon 1 piece

Rye bread 1 slice

Butter 5g

Cooking instructions 10 minutes

1 Place the pieces of lightly salted salmon in rings on rye bread, lightly greased with butter.

2 Drizzle mustard sauce on top.

3 Next to it, herring is laid out beautifully with rings of sweet salad onions.

4 Garnish with arugula, green onions and a slice of lemon.
