Chicken egg 4 pieces
Wheat flour 100 g
Natural yoghurt 1 tablespoon
Hercules 90 g
Honey 1 tablespoon
Carrots 2 pieces
Walnuts 120 g
Cinnamon to taste
Sugar substitute to taste
Leavening agent on the tip of a knife
Cooking instructions 1 hour and 30 minutes
1 Beat the eggs with the sweetener and 1 tbsp natural yoghurt without any additives.
2 Add the flour and ground Hercules, honey, baking powder and cinnamon.
3 Grate 2 large carrots into a fine grater, grind 120 grams of walnuts in a coffee mill and add them to the dough.
4 Put in the oven for one hour at 180 C. Check that it is ready with a matchstick or knife
