Duck fillet 2 pieces
Apple 4 pieces
Oranges 1 piece
Port wine 40ml
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Carnation 4 pieces
Lingonberry sauce 100 g
Cooking instructions 20 minutes
1 Cut each fillet into 4-5 small pieces. Remove any excess skin and fat.
2 Peel the apples from the skin and cut them into thick slices.
3 Put the duck fillets and apple slices into the steamer bowl.
4 Squeeze the juice from the orange and mix with the port wine. Pour the mixture over the duck breast and apples. Put the cloves on top. Steam for 12 to 15 minutes.
5 Serve together with the lingonberry sauce.
Recipe tip Prepared lingonberry sauce can be replaced by a homemade fruit sauce. The special feature of this dish is its high protein and B-vitamin content with very few calories.
