Fat burning green smoothie

Fat burning green smoothie, Prescriptions, Any category, Any kitchen, Beverages, European cuisine, Cocktails

Ingredients portion 1

Kiwi 1 piece

Lemon 2 pieces

Parsley 7 stems

Fresh mint 6 stems

Cooking instructions 10 minutes

1 Peel and cut the kiwi into 4-5 pieces and place in the blender bowl. Ideally, use a pestle and mortar instead of a blender to make the smoothie, as it retains more vitamins than a blender, but if you don’t have a mortar, like me, you can use a blender. You can save a slice for garnishing.

2 Put two thin lemon rings (with the zest) and the parsley (cut off the tails) in the same place.

3 Cut the mint into leaves – add the leaves to the kiwi and the stalks to the bin. Add honey if desired.

4 Add water and chop everything into a purée.

5 Pour into a glass, garnish and enjoy. Drink immediately.

Tip for the recipe with 100ml of clear, non-carbonated water. Optional 1-2 teaspoons honey (but not sugar!).
