Wheat flour 500 g

Sour cream 1 jar

Butter 2 tablespoons

Sugar 1 tablespoon

Chicken egg 2 pieces

Salt ½ teaspoon

Cooking instructions 30 minutes

1 Sift the flour into a mound on the cake board.

2 Make a cavity in it in which you put the sour cream, butter, salt and sugar.

3 Crack in the eggs and knead the dough quickly.

4 Roll the dough into a ball and place it on a plate.

5 Cover with a towel and leave in a cold place for 30-40 minutes.
